Description
- 新任MR向けの研修計画・実施（製品知識、販売スキル、CRM、コンプライアンス）
- 現場同行による観察・コーチング・フィードバック提供
- 各種ブリーフィングや講演会のモニタリング
- 地区リーダーと連携し、研修ニーズ分析と改善提案を実施
- 研修計画・教材のアップデート、成果レポートの作成
- 研修部門と連携したベストプラクティスの共有
- 研修効果の定量・定性評価
