• 複数のネットワークインフラプロジェクトを同時に管理し、信頼性・セキュリティ・拡張性を確保
• ネットワークエンジニアやツール開発チーム、海外拠点と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進
• EOL（End of Life）対応やネットワーク機器の更改、OSバージョンアップに関するプロジェクト管理

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised technology leader at the core of its mission-critical network infrastructure. As a Network Project Manager, you will lead high-impact infrastructure initiatives that support large-scale, internet-facing systems used by millions of users worldwide. Based in Tokyo, you will collaborate with local and international teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable network operations in a fast-paced global environment.

• Manage multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects to support system reliability, security, and long-term growth
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, tool developers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee lifecycle management initiatives such as End-of-Life (EOL) device migrations and OS version upgrades across large-scale environments
• Lead capacity planning projects involving internet-facing routers, data centre circuits, and network enhancements
• Drive clear communication through regular reporting, presentations, and stakeholder updates to support timely decision-making

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ITまたはインフラ領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時並行で管理した実務経験
• スケジュール管理、進捗管理、レポーティングの実務経験
• ビジネス環境でのプレゼンテーション経験

• エンジニア、ツールデベロッパー、海外拠点のスタッフなど、多様なメンバーが在籍するチームにおいてリーダーシップを発揮できること
• プレッシャーのあるインフラ環境で、刻々と変わる優先順位に臨機応変に対応できること
• 言語や文化の壁を越えて日本とインド拠点のリエゾンができること

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（必須）
• 英語：できれば尚可

• ネットワーク領域に特化したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント関連資格
• Jira、ConfluenceなどAtlassian製品の使用経験

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in IT or infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Strong experience in schedule management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in high-pressure infrastructure environments
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-border teams

• Japanese: Business-fluent (mandatory)
• English: Conversational level or higher (preferred)

• Project management experience within network or infrastructure-focused environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
