• 日本法人における月次・四半期・年次決算業務の統括
• 予算策定、フォーキャスト、実績差異分析のリード
• 日常的な財務・経理オペレーションの管理および業務改善の推進
• 日本側経営陣向けの財務レポート・分析資料の作成および説明
• 海外本社向けのレポーティングパッケージの作成
• 監査対応、内部統制、コンプライアンス関連業務の管理
• 日本の財務・経理チームのマネジメントおよび育成

This is a senior finance leadership opportunity with a globally operating manufacturing company headquartered in Okayama. As Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of finance operations and reporting for the Japan entity while working closely with both local management and overseas headquarters. The role offers strong influence over business decisions, exposure to global stakeholders, and long-term stability within an established organization.

You will play a key role in driving financial transparency, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making in a highly technical and engineering-driven business environment.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for the Japan entity
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with business leaders
• Oversee daily finance operations while improving processes, controls, and efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to local senior management
• Create structured financial reporting packages for the overseas parent company
• Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance-related activities
• Lead, develop, and manage the finance and accounting team in Japan

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 財務・経理分野の専門知識及び経験
• 決算、予算管理、財務分析の実務経験
• 外資系企業の日本法人の経理財務を担当した経験（会計事務所での経験も可）
• 日本＋海外本社に報告した経験
• 財務・経理チームのマネジメント経験
• IFRS（国際会計基準）の実務知識
• 銀行、監査法人など外部関係者との折衝経験

• 専門的な事項を非財務部門にも分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
• 優先順位や締切を適切に管理できる判断力、自走力
• 人や他部署とのコラボレーションを大切にするリーダーシップ
• 細部への注意力
• 常に改善を意識する姿勢

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（海外本社との日常的なやり取りあり）

• 製造業、エレクトロニクス、技術系の事業の経理財務を担当した経験
• 国・地域単位での財務責任を担った経験
• 経営層の意思決定を支援するファイナンスビジネスパートナーとしての経験

• Practical experience across core finance and accounting functions
• Hands-on experience with financial closing, budget management, and financial analysis
• Experience working within or supporting a foreign-owned or global subsidiary environment
• Proven track record of reporting to both local management and overseas headquarters
• Experience leading and managing finance or accounting team members
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and its practical application
• Experience liaising with external parties such as banks and audit firms

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative leadership style with a people-focused mindset
• High attention to detail with a proactive, continuous-improvement approach

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent business level

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or technology-driven industries
• Previous responsibility for finance operations at a country or regional level
