Job Description
【仕事内容】プロジェクトの品質や生産性向上の為、管理基盤を構築・定着させる役割
• プロジェクトの品質・生産性などのKPIの設定、測定および可視化、課題抽出
• 全社の進捗・品質・課題の分析を通じた改善ポイントの抽出および改善提案
• 全社の開発プロセスの標準化および運用ルールの策定および実行状況の管理
• ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーションの強化
• QC/テスターの品質向上
• 内部監査・CSSなどの実施・対策
• プロジェクト関連ドキュメントの標準化（議事録、報告書、管理資料等のテンプレート作成・管理を含む） 等
【給与】
月給2000～3500USD(GROSS) ※経験・能力による
※賞与年2回（1か月 + プロジェクトボーナス（業績連動））、昇給査定 年1回

経験：PMO経験またはプロジェクト管理支援業務経験3年以上
スキル：調整力、システム開発プロジェクトにおける基本的な知識・理解
語学：不問
【歓迎】
海外勤務経験、プロジェクト管理ツール（JIRA、Redmine、MS Project等）の使用経験、英語、改
善提案やプロセス最適化に積極的に取り組んだ経験
