海外営業企画部は、世界中のお客様の心を掴み、お客様に選ばれるための価値や市場の未来を創造する戦略を立案し、海外営業活動が最大の効果を出せる仕組みを構築するための組織です。
【業務詳細】
（１）海外営業部・の営業活動に関する基本・針、担当統括ならびにマーケティング部門と連携した販売戦略、販売企画等の策定
（２）海外営業部・の全社・針に係る営業活動の連絡・調整ならびに企画・・案・徹底
（３）種・別、地域別の海外戦略の策定、戦略実施状況の確認および営業担当に対する改善指・
（４）海外営業部・の販売計画等の策定ならびに販売実績等諸計数の集計・分析・提供
（５）仕・価格交渉に基づく輸出・仲介商品の仕・商品の仕・価格、輸出価格、海外現地販売価格の決定ならびに利益管理
