同社の国内外工場等施設建設や既存施設の営繕工事に際し、建築技術者として要求元の不明点を技術補完しプロジェクト完遂に向けマネジメントを行う。
（１）設備投資予算確保迄の建設基本計画策定
（２）計画する工場施設等に対する建築関連法規、建築技術等を網羅した構想図及び基本計画図等の作成支援
（３）計画する工場施設等に対する費用概算算出及びスケジュール立案の支援
（４）実施する工場施設等の見積照会、査定などの発注業務支援
（５）設計事務所・建設会社等が作成する設計図、施工図及び工程表の確認並びに、関連工事との調整支援
（６）建築関係諸官庁との打合せ及び折衝の支援 等

・工場等建設に於けるコンストラクションマネージメント業務経験者
