■グループCFO組織がリードする各種施策・PJにおけるPMOの役割を担うことで、変革の実現を推進し、企業価値の向上に貢献します。
■グループCFO組織全体の円滑な運営の実現：設置されてまだ日が浅い複数の新しい部門・機能もあるCFO傘下組織全体のコーディネートを通じて組織力を強化します例えば、ファイナンスリーダーシップチームの協働促進、予算・計画や人的資源のとりまとめ、タレントマネジメント／Capability buildingなど。
