雑な機器およびシステムの技術サポート、オンサイト設置、トラブルシューティング、サービス、修理を提供します。
このポジションはESIジャパン株式会社に所属し、横浜オフィスを拠点とします。
MKSの機器およびシステムのオンサイト設置、サービス、修理を通じて、お客様から高い評価を得られるサポートを提供します。機器が正常に動作していることを確認します。
お客様に基本的な操作トレーニングを提供します。
顧客中心主義を貫き、エスカレーション手順を遵守します。米国のエンジニアリング/品質チームと連携し、故障解析のための技術情報を提供します。
グローバルサービス手順を遵守し、オペレーションの効率性を向上させ、生産性を向上させます。
深い技術スキルと知識を提供することで、営業をサポートします。
顧客満足と成功を確実にするために、迅速かつプロフェッショナルな対応をお願いします。
必要に応じて、設置およびサポートのために海外出張が可能です。
