HRBPとして、特定事業部門の事業戦略実現に向けた人事戦略を立案・実行していただきます。
具体的には、事業部門の課題特定から、以下の人事領域全般をリードします。
・戦略人事：組織設計、人材育成、採用計画、評価・報酬制度、タレントマネジメント等の企画・実行
・組織・人材開発：組織パフォーマンス向上、社員の能力開発・エンゲージメント向上支援
・採用：優秀な人材獲得に向けた戦略立案・実行支援
・人事制度：制度運用・改善、労務管理・コンプライアンス徹底
