国内外9ヵ国12ヵ所の工場を構え、今後も海外展開を強化していく当社において、
メキシコ・場のSMT実装部・もしくは加・・組・部・の責任者としてご活躍いただきます。
【主な業務内容】
●SMT実装部門あるいは組立・加工部門の製造全般管理
●工場全体の生産性向上／業務効率化への取り組み／品質向上に向けた改善活動への取り組み
●ローカルスタッフの採用・育成／マネジメント
●・場・と共に・場全体の運営、補佐
●取引先対応
【OJTトレーニング】
ご入社後は、国内工場（高松工場もしくは松山工場）でのOJTトレーニングを予定しております。
研修期間は1ヶ月～3カ月程度です。ご本人のスキル・ご経験・習熟度により研修期間は異なります。

工場長や現地法人の社長等、経営を担うこともできるポジションです。
