物流コストの削減と業務効率の向上、正社員・パートタイマー・派遣社員といった異なる雇用形態のメンバー（400名程度）へのサポートや労務管理を行っていただきます。
組織運営では、人件費と労働力のバランスを考慮し、各チーム間の業務を優先順位付けして、全体的な業務生産性、数値目標および定性目標の達成を図り、リソースを最適に配分していくことが期待されます。
■業務内容
◇複数の物流チームの管理・効率的なワークフローの確立
◇チームリソースの配分
◇中長期的な施策の計画
◇他部門や外部ステークホルダーとの連携、顧客の物流ニーズへの対応
◇国際市場およびGlobalサイトとの協力
◇物流情報の収集とプロジェクト実施
