■自動車関連プロジェクトを所定の期間、予算、品質基準内でリード・管理します。顧客満足と製品のライフサイクル全体にわたる経済的成功を確保する役割を担います。組織内の起業家的存在として、プロジェクトの計画、実行、ステークホルダー管理、財務パフォーマンスに責任を持ちます。
【主な業務内容】
・ プロジェクト目標の設定と組織体制の構築
・ プロジェクトチームメンバーの選定と管理
・ 進捗、予算、リスクの監視と是正措置の実施
・ 顧客・サプライヤーとの会議でのプロジェクト代表
・ ステークホルダーの期待管理とチームワークの促進
・ 変更管理・リスク管理の戦略適用
・ 社内プロセス・基準の遵守
