Required Skills
【必要要件】
・ 大型の施設建設プロジェクトにおける、建設プロジェクトマネジメントの経験。
（現場所長・工務責任者・工事責任者）5 つ以上のプロジェクトの実績があり、
そのうち2 つはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実績があること。
・ 工学修士号またはそれに相当する学位
・ 語学：日本語に加えて、中・上級ビジネスレベルの英語 *読み・書き・スピーキング
【歓迎要件】
・ 設備 MEP 設計・施工の経験
・ 日本国外での施設建設プロジェクトの経験者
・ ビジネス関係学位保有者

・ 現状をとらえる分析、検証能力と、新たなことを作り出せる提案力と実行力を有する方
・ 他のチームメンバーと円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
・ 顧客内マネジメント層の方とのコミュニケーション能力
