シニアリクルーターとして採用戦略の企画から実行、採用プロセス全体の改善まで幅広く担っていただきます。
・ 新卒及び中途採用の戦略立案・要件定義
・ ダイレクトソーシング（Linkedin等）の実行
・ エージェントマネジメント・選定・連携強化
・ 各部門マネージャーとの採用要件調整と設計
・ 採用イベントの立案・企画・実行
・ 海外の採用部門との連携（英語使用）
・ 採用ブランディング・候補者体験の改善
・ ジュニアメンバーへの知識共有、育成サポート、他

Required Skills

・ フィールドエンジニア職の採用に携わった経験
・ ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC750点以上or実務使用経験）
・ 普通自動車免許（地方への出張の可能性があります）
