がん免疫の治療と幹細胞治療の研究をお任せします。
短期的な目標としては、現在既に活用している細胞治療のさらなる改善
長期的には、今後臨床で活用可能な、これまでにない新たな治療法の確立を目指しております。
・新しい細胞治療技術の研究/開発
・臨床応用に向けたデータ解析および報告書作成
・幹細胞/免疫細胞の培養/品質管理
・細胞培養技術の最適化（増殖効率向上、安全性評価など）
・フローサイト、PCRなどを用いた細胞解析
・臨床応用に向けたデータ解析および報告書作成

Required Skills
【必須】
・博士号（生命科学・医学・薬学・工学等）または同等以上の経験
・細胞培養（幹細胞・iPS細胞・免疫細胞等）3年以上推奨
・分子細胞生物学や再生医療の分野経験
・研究倫理および再生医療関連法規制に関する基礎理解
・基本的な分子生物学的実験スキル
・マネジメント経験
【歓迎条件】
・ 幹細胞やiPS細胞を用いた分化誘導・品質評価の実務経験
・ GMP/GCTP施設での研究または製造プロセス経験
・ 臨床研究・治験への関与経験（プロトコル作成、データ解析、規制当局対応）
・ 遺伝子工学・分子生物学・細胞薬理学などの研究経験
・ ラボ運営・チームリードなどの経験豊富な方
