Senior Infrastructure - Tokyo - up to 14M Exclusive job

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure operations and operational design for service delivery
• Evaluation and implementation of cloud-native solutions
• Designing and supporting customer cloud environments as a cloud architect
• Establishment and systematization of shared delivery models
• Implementation and promotion of automation solutions
• Due diligence, operational migration, and customer discussions related to IT outsourcing

Depending on experience, you may also be involved in:

• Estimating operational scope for new proposals
• Operational design and operational migration
• Optimizing and expanding operational services with a focus on shared operations

Requirements

• Experience in operational design during the operational phase of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Hands-on experience operating public cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
• Experience designing and building public cloud infrastructure
• Ability to assess customer environments, define ideal future states, and propose improvements
• OS-level knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PaaS services in addition to IaaS (e.g. databases, containers)
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
• Experience implementing automation to improve operational efficiency (Python, shell scripting, etc.)
• Experience managing teams
• Experience working with overseas or global team members
