Description
HRビジネスパートナー（約70%）
- リテールオペレーション部門の主要窓口としてHR施策を推進
- 人員計画・離職率分析・採用計画策定などのワークフォースプランニング
- 労務対応（懲戒、異動、グリーバンス、パフォーマンス課題対応）etc.
フロントライン採用（約30%）
- 全国店舗の採用活動のリード
- 店舗向けアセスメント・採用イベント等の企画 etc.
