Job Description
About the position
- Lead technical planning and execution for projects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards.
- Mentor developers and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage risks, resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Must
- At least 5 years in Full stack development
- Backend: Java, Frontend: React
- Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in working with Onsite / Offshore model.
