Job Description
We are seeking a capable Business Analyst to support enterprise‑level system implementation projects in the banking and financial services sector. You will play a key role in bridging communication between business users and development teams.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather, clarify, and document business needs and requirements.
Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with expected outcomes.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements or workflow automation.
Support solution design, configuration activities, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial services domain.
Background in system implementation or integration projects is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
English communication skills, Japanese language ability (N3+) is a plus.
