Sales - Industrial Machinery
Salary: 30,000–40,000 THB
Location: Bangkok (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 (Outside work 100%)
About the Role
A leading Japanese trading firm is seeking a Sales Executive to handle industrial machinery and equipment for clients in the automotive and consumer electronics sectors. You will receive on‑the‑job training and work closely with senior Thai colleagues before taking charge of assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales of industrial machinery and equipment.
Consultative selling: understand client challenges and propose appropriate machinery solutions.
- Client portfolio: 90% existing / 10% new customers.
- Coordinate order handling, delivery timelines, installation schedules, and handover.
- Installation/handover generally occurs 1–2 times per month, often on weekends (compensatory leave provided).
- Coordinate after‑sales service inquiries with internal teams.
- Work with Thai engineers for technical handover procedures.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience:
- ~3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial machinery/automotive preferred) OR
- Experience as a Production Engineer or similar technical background with a strong interest in transitioning into sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Must have own car.
- English: Intermediate level or above (reporting and communication with Japanese staff required).
