As they continue to expand their impressive portfolio of critical infrastructure projects, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic M&E / Facilities Engineers to lead key initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & Leadership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Facilities and Manufacturing teams, providing high-level consultation on complex engineering challenges.
Standardization: Develop, review, and maintain global standards, specifications, and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for systems and equipment to ensure consistency across the global network.
Project Design Support: Collaborate with design teams on large-scale infrastructure expansion projects, ensuring system designs comply with regulatory codes and internal standards while optimizing for cost and efficiency.
Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce maintenance needs, and drive cost savings through design innovation and benchmarking against industry best practices.
Project Execution: Review design packages, oversee construction progress, and provide technical guidance on scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure modifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Technology Development teams to align engineering strategies with broader business objectives.
Sustainability Leadership: Lead and implement global sustainability programs and initiatives aligned with corporate environmental goals.
