This role focuses on designing and enhancing ultra-low-latency trading platforms for high‑volume equities clients. You will contribute to architecture design, code quality, performance optimisation, and technical leadership within a global engineering team.

• Design, develop, and optimise ultra-low-latency trading systems
• Deliver scalable, maintainable C++ software aligned with global engineering standards
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects across regions
• Drive improvements in performance, architecture, and technical debt reduction
• Conduct holistic simulation and testing of high‑volume trading flows

• 5+ years of hands‑on C++ development experience, including Modern C++
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, multi‑threading, and STL
• Experience with low‑latency optimisation and performance tuning
• Linux/Unix development experience
• Experience collaborating with global engineering teams
