Description
- ユーザー端末・モバイル・周辺機器などのL2テクニカルサポートおよび障害対応
- チケット管理、L1チームおよびグローバルITチームとの連携
- IT機器の資産管理（設置、移設、廃棄、台帳更新など）
- 会議室のAV機器サポート、定期テスト、トラブルシューティング
- ネットワーク機器の基本設定、ケーブリング、スマートハンズ対応
