職務概要
このポジションでは、会計チームのマネジメントと育成を担い、財務報告、予算策定、税務、給与、キャッシュマネジメントといった主要業務を統括していただきます。また、本社、監査法人、外部専門家との連携を図りながら、会計業務フローの最適化やシステム改善・自動化の推進にも取り組んでいただきます。
職務内容
チームメンバーの指導・育成、パフォーマンス管理
月次・年次決算、仕訳、照合、各種レポーティングの監督
予算、フォーキャスト、財務データの作成と経営層への提供
会計基準・内部統制の遵守、監査・税務対応
給与データのレビューおよび関連仕訳作成
キャッシュフローの管理と適切な流動性の維持
業務効率化、自動化、プロセス改善の推進
税務およびコンプライアンス業務の正確かつ期限内の遂行
応募資格
会計分野での8年以上の実務経験
日本語・英語のバイリンガル能力
チームマネジメントおよびエンゲージメント向上の実績
高いコミュニケーション力・問題解決力・分析力
リーダーシップと優れた時間管理能力
MS Officeスキル（特にExcel/PowerPoint）
勤務地 ハワイ州ホノルル（オンサイト勤務）
