Job Title:                       Production Supervisor (Metal Sheet Team)

Location:                       Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya

Job Type:                       Full-time, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with 1-2 Saturday/month

• Manage daily production line to ensure smooth operation, including team plans and schedules, team target, maintain standard quality, 

• Supervise production team (Metal Sheet) of 25 members.

• Handle manpower allocation, staff attendances or absences. 

• Conduct daily progress reports or any issues occurred to the Production Manager. 

• Other tasks as assigned

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in production line, supervisory, or leader role. 
• Hands-on experience in managing team or subordinates.
• Familiarity with metal sheet processing will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing working environment will be an advantage.
