Job Description
Company and Job Overview（概要）
- 中東地域（UAE・サウジ等）での海外法人設立・ライセンス取得・ビザ取得などの各種手続き書類の作成と当局対応を担当。
- 顧客対応窓口として、会計・税務・HR・ITなど社内バックオフィス専門チームと連携し、契約書類作成や月次・年次案件の進行管理を実施。
- 顧客企業のHR・総務担当として、経費精算、勤怠確認、出張手配、ゴルフ場予約などの業務プロセスを理解し、実務オペレーションを代行。
- 顧客・当局とのコミュニケーション（メール・電話・対面／日英両語）を行い、手続・会計・労務に関する問い合わせ対応や議事録作成を実施。
- 各案件の進行状況・期日管理を行い、スムーズな業務遂行をサポート。
- 英語および日本語でビジネスレベルの読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能な方
