Job Descriptions

• Identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related Issues to ensure smooth productivity.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process area.
• Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Learn and apply problem solving for Root Cause Analysis / Finding using 5M + 1E, 5 whys, DMAIC, 8D approach / methodology.
• Initiate process DOE, FMEA and Risk Assessment when there is a change in process parameter or customer feedback.
• Establish and update engineering documentation as needed: SOP, WI, FMEA, RFC (OCAP), Check sheet, and Control Plan for related process.

Job Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years related working experience in semiconductor industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good analytical mindset, collaboration and good discernment / judgement.
