職務内容
- 機器導入に向けた商談を推進し、納品・設置・操作説明まで一連のプロセスを担当する
- クラウド型ネットワークシステムの提案・商談・接続サポートを実施する
- 導入後の顧客フォロー、問い合わせ対応、試薬不具合への一次対応を行う
- 機器保守契約の提案・更新手続きを管理
