Job Description
Lead Financial Closings: Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings, with a focus on group consolidated accounting.
Prepare for IPO & Audits: Build internal control systems (J-SOX), guide audit processes with external partners, and prepare financial reports.
Drive Financial Planning: Support business planning, track monthly budgets versus actual spending, and analyze profit and loss to help management make decisions.
Improve & Automate Processes: Lead digital transformation (DX) projects to make daily accounting workflows simpler, faster, and more efficient.
Collaborate Globally: Work closely with cross-functional product teams and global offices in the US and India.

Required Skills
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in a company, including full financial closing cycles.
Accounting Knowledge: Nissho Boki Level 2 certification or equivalent accounting knowledge.
Language Skills: Basic English communication skills to collaborate in a diverse, international team.
Work Style: Strong communication skills, adaptability to fast-changing environments, and good teamwork.
Nice-to-Haves: CPA/USCPA qualifications, startup experience, consolidated accounting background, or experience preparing a company for an IPO.
