本ポジションは、食品製造工場における人事・総務業務全般を統括するマネージャーポジションです。工場リーダーシップチームの一員として、エンゲージメント向上、人材育成、組織づくりをリードしつつ、本社人事および海外拠点とも連携いただきます。

職務内容
工場人事総務マネージャーとして、以下の業務を担っていただきます。
- サプライチェーン戦略に基づき、工場リーダーシップチームの一員として人事・総務戦略を策定・実行
- 従業員エンゲージメント向上に向けた各種施策
- 採用、労務管理（勤怠・安全衛生・労使対応など）、表彰制度など、工場における人事オペレーション全般の統括
- グローバルポリシーに基づく人事評価・報酬制度の運用
- 工場内の総務機能全般のマネジメント
