主な業務内容
店舗・ECを含む全チャネルのアソートメントおよびバイイング戦略の立案
シーズンごとのレンジプラン作成および重点店舗向け商品構成の最適化
売上・在庫・セルスルー分析に基づくレポーティングおよび改善提案
在庫配分・補充計画の管理およびSAPを用いたマスターデータ管理
セール・マークダウン施策の企画および実行
リテールチームとの連携による商品導入・販売サポート
新店舗オープンやポップアップにおけるマーチャンダイジング支援
卸先・社内関連部門との連携および横断的プロジェクトへの参画
Bridge global product strategy with local market insight in a key commercial role
Overview
This position plays a central role in shaping merchandising strategy for the Japan market at a globally recognized luxury fashion house.
You will translate global product direction into locally optimized assortments, inventory strategies, and commercial plans across retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute assortment and buying strategies across retail stores and e-commerce
Create seasonal range plans and tailored assortments for key locations and events
Analyze sales, inventory, and sell-through performance to drive commercial decisions
Manage stock allocation, replenishment, and master data using SAP
Plan and execute markdown strategies in alignment with business goals
Partner with retail teams to support product launches and in-store execution
Support merchandising preparation for new store openings and pop-ups
Collaborate with wholesale partners and internal stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives

数字と現場の両方を意識したバランス感覚を持つ方

A commercially minded merchandiser who can operate with autonomy
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in fashion or luxury
Solid understanding of assortment planning, sales analysis, and inventory management
Strong analytical and organizational skills with SAP and Excel proficiency
Fluent Japanese communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
A proactive, commercially aware mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience leading merchandising operations or mentoring junior staff
Background in inventory allocation within a global luxury environment
Experience managing complex item master data
Business-level English communication skills
