• 大規模なKubernetesクラスタへのアプリケーションデプロイおよび運用管理
• CI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築によるデプロイ自動化と運用効率化
• パイプラインや環境周りの問題を調査・解決（Dev／QAチームと連携）
• ELK、Prometheus、Grafanaなどを用いた監視基盤の統合・運用
• Terraform／Ansibleによるインフラ構築の自動化（IaC推進）
• 中長期的な改善計画や運用ベストプラクティスの検討

As a DevOps Engineer, you will manage, deploy, and scale large-scale infrastructure using Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery across complex environments. This role is ideal for engineers who want to work on global-scale platforms, modern cloud infrastructure, and automation-driven operations within a high-impact multinational team.

• Deploy and manage applications on large-scale Kubernetes clusters in a production environment
• Design and build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and operational workflows
• Troubleshoot deployment, pipeline, and environment issues in collaboration with Dev and QA teams
• Integrate and maintain monitoring systems using tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible to improve scalability and reliability
• Partner with stakeholders to define long-term infrastructure improvements and operational best practices

必須条件経験・資格：

• KubernetesおよびDockerの知識・経験
• Jenkins／GitLabなどを用いたCI/CD構築・運用経験
• Terraform／AnsibleなどIaCツールの実務経験
• GCPまたはAzureなどクラウド環境での経験
• Python／Golang／Javaなどを用いたスクリプトまたは開発経験
• Linuxおよびネットワークの知識

• 開発・QA・関係部門と連携できるコミュニケーション力
• 将来を見据えた設計・改善提案ができる戦略的思考
• 問題の原因を切り分けて解決できる論理的なトラブルシューティング力
• 多国籍チームの中で円滑に働ける協調性と柔軟性

• 日本語：日常会話レベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• Sensuを用いた監視運用経験
• ELKスタック（Elasticsearch／Logstash／Kibana）に精通している方歓迎
• 数億ユーザー規模の「インターネットスケール」環境での経験

• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, Golang, or Java
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge for system administration and troubleshooting

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, QA, and stakeholders
• Strategic mindset to design scalable, future-proof infrastructure solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to complex system issues
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural engineering team

• Japanese: Conversational

• Experience with Sensu monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Experience supporting internet-scale platforms with hundreds of millions of users
