In this role, you will:- Design and optimize search schemas to support various business and product needs
- Support consultants and internal stakeholders on how to best utilize the search engine
- Develop and maintain search support systems using Python and related technologies
- Contribute to tools (e.g., web-based dashboards, internal applications) that make search operations more efficient and higher quality
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product members to analyse search data and improve search logic
- Document specifications, design decisions, and operational procedures clearly for internal users

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on software development experience in a professional setting
- Practical development experience with Python
- Basic understanding of databases (relational or NoSQL), including schemas and queries
- Native or fluent Japanese communication skills (written and spoken)
- Daily conversation level English (目安：TOEIC600程度) for reading documentation and simple communication
- 3+ years' development experience using Python in production environments
- Experience operating databases including schema design and performance considerations
- Experience with web application development (e.g., frameworks like Next.js or similar)
- Interest in search technologies, information retrieval, or large-scale data handling
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-engineers and explain technical topics in simple terms
