ポジションは、オンコロジー領域注射剤のマーケティング戦略立案・実行を通じて、日本市場での成長と患者さんへの貢献を推進する役割です。営業・メディカル・本社を含むクロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら、プロモーション企画と市場分析をリードしていただきます。

職務内容
- プロモーション施策の企画・実行、およびHCP向け資材の管理
- 市場・競合・顧客データの分析とインサイト抽出
- 営業向けメッセージ、想定問答、資料などの支援ツール作成
- メディカル・企画・フィールド部門との協働によるブランド活動推進
- 施策パフォーマンスのモニタリングと、規制遵守に基づく活動管理
