■職務目的
Amazon EUのアカウントマネジメントを担当し、注文状況の確認、製品登録・修正、売上分析、在庫管理など幅広い業務をお任せします。
日常的にEU勤務のスタッフと英語でコミュニケーションを取りながら、業務や会議を進めていただきます。売上データをリアルタイムで把握できる環境のため、自らの工夫や改善が成果に直結しやすいポジションです。
業務を通じてECにおける実践的な経験と、EU市場でのビジネス経験を同時に積むことができる点も大きな魅力です。
まずはアカウントマネジメント業務を通じて実務に慣れていただき、将来的にはAmazon EU全体のビジネスや、グローバル市場におけるオンライン販売の成長をリードする存在としての活躍を期待しています。
■ 主な業務内容
・Amazon EUの運営管理
・商品画像や特集ページなどの登録/更新業務
・売上管理や報告業務・トラフィック分析や改善
・キャンペーンの運営や効果測定（可能であれば企画提案も）
・お客様からのお問い合わせ対応
