【概要】
医療機器の品質保証を担当頂きます。品質保証は、自社製品の品質を保ち、さらにお客様からの意見を聞くことで、今後の品質改善に役立てていきます。そのため、商品の企画開発の段階から、設計、製造、出荷、販売のすべての工程に関わっていただきます。
【仕事内容】
・現在品質保証を行っている担当者のサポート
・指示を受けながらデータの確認や調査（PC作業）
・海外企業とのメール対応（英語対応）
・英文での書類作成業務
・製造関連のデータ収集、納品先の顧客へのヒアリングなどによる製品のクオリティの担保

その中で同社の製品はドクターから高評価を得ており、「より良い製品を日本から世界へ」との考えのもと、海外への事業拡大が進んでおります。
