大手メーカー顧客に対して、
当社が製造する撹拌機の新規導入から導入後のサポートまで一貫して行っていただきます。
■業務詳細
・既存顧客との打合せ（週3～5件程）
・新規リードのフォロー（HP問い合わせ、展示会・セミナー来場者等）
※飛込み・テレアポなし
・見積書・提案資料作成
・受注済み案件の設計調整および仕様調整～納品
・ドイツ本社との連携（英語）
└技術部門への発注・調整
＜同社製品＞
撹拌機、ミキサー、乾燥機、乳化機、メカニカルシールなど
顧客先
化学メーカー、重工メーカー、電力会社の購買担当など。
■入社後の流れ・サポート体制
・まずはeラーニングで、当社の製品知識や
「撹拌」に関する基礎技術を学習。
・その後、上司や先輩社員の同行を通して、業務の流れを把握。
お客様の業界特性や提案のノウハウを実践的にレクチャーします。
・業務に慣れてきたら、ドイツ本社でのセミナー（2～3週間）にも参加。
