【具体的な業務】
・海外案件向けシステムの要求仕様／設計仕様の取り纏め
・入札・提案フェーズにおける技術資料作成、見積条件の確定、質疑対応
・海外プロジェクトのQCDR（品質・コスト・納期・リスク）管理、進捗・課題のガバナンス
・海外鉄道プロジェクト特有の各種規格・認証への対応、工場試験/現地試験の立会、現地試験の技術統括
・変更管理／契約技術条項の整合、社内関連部門（設計・製造・品質・調達・法務）および海外サプライヤ／パートナーとの調整
・納入後の技術フォロー
