・Expected role and responsibilities
・Build and maintain close relationship/communication with key contacts
(subsidiaries and FCs) to properly understand their expectations relative to
products services operations related support timeline costs etc.
・Identify and handle opportunities and/or potential issues and/or tasks and/or risks
and take initial actions based on the findings and appropriately communicate and
escalate with Account Owners and/or superiors as needed.
・Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
・Maintain and update the internal record (such as KPI tracking Internal databases)
・Facilitate internal regular meetings.
・Provide administrative support to Account Owners as required..(Business development tasks may also occasionally be included as needed)
・関係構築とニーズ把握
主要なコンタクト先(子会社およびフランチャイズパートナー緊密な関係を構築・維持し、製品、サービス、オペレーション、関連サポート、スケジュール、コストなどに関する期待値を正確に把握すること。
・課題解決とエスカレーション
ビジネスチャンス、潜在的な課題、タスク、またはリスクを特定し、初期対応を行うとともに、必要に応じてアカウントオーナーや上司へ適切に報告・相談(エスカレーション)し対処すること。
・受発注管理
受発注処理を行い、製品が正確かつタイムリーに納品されるよう管理すること。
・データ管理
社内記録(KPIトラッキング、社内データベースなど)の維持・更新を行うこと。
・会議運営
社内定例会議のファシリテーション(進行・運営)を行うこと。
・業務サポート
アカウントオーナーへの事務的サポートを行うこと

・Requirements
・Bachelor or Master Degree 学士号または修士号
・Minimum 3 years business experience (international business experience is plus)3年以上の社会人経験
・Excellent communication capabilities with internal/external stakeholders.
社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
・Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records (basic analytical skill is plus)データや情報の正確性を担保するための細部への注意力
・Proficiency in using business related software including spreadsheets and

・Language requirements
