【業務内容】
権利化業務から知財戦略の立案などご経験やスキルに合わせて業務をお任せします。
具体的には下記業務をお任せします。
（1）権利化業務
・技術部門の開発成果からの発明発掘
・国内/外国への特許出願/権利化（中間処理）
（2）知財戦略
・事業戦略に基づく知財戦略の立案と実行
・知財調査（技術動向調査）
・他社特許に対する情報提供、異議申立、無効審判
・他社特許権利解析
・他社製品の侵害調査

Required Skills
■必須条件：
・化学系のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
・知財業務の経験をお持ちの方
■歓迎条件：
・弁理士資格
・出願手続きだけではなく、他社特許の調査とその対応まで経験されている方
・マーケティング情報、開発情報を考慮し特許戦略を立案出来る方
・知的財産管理技能検定2級以上の方
※業界未経験も歓迎です。
※弁理士事務所出身の方も歓迎です。
