収益改善のためショップの運営、管理を行っているショップ営業本部全体で発生するコストの適正化を目指しています。そのためにショップ運営で発生する販促、物流、家賃、インセンティブなどのコストを管理し、利害関係者を巻き込みながらコストの適正化を行います。
