■具体的な業務内容（すべての業務を一人で担当するものではありません）
・アレンジャーと連携し案件の詳細を設計（リース条件等の策定、提案書等作成）
・賃借人（航空会社や海運会社）に対する提案、交渉
・弁護士と連携し契約書等ドキュメンテーションの作成
・各種資料（投資家向け販売資料、金融機関向け借入実行説明資料、損益計算・キャッシュフロー・分配等の計算シート、社内決裁用書類等）の作成
・ポートフォリオ分析、リスク分析
・税務関係手続き、当局向け案件報告、SPC管理業務
