東証プライム企業である当社にの経営企画グループにて経営戦略、事業戦略
の策定と推進をご担当いただきます。
■経営計画の立案、管理
・中長期の持続的成長に向けた経営計画の策定および進捗管理
・国内外のM＆Aの検討
・自社・市場・競合他社分析に基づく経営課題の抽出と解決策の提案実行支援
・事業ポートフォリオやリソースアロケーションの最適化に関する戦略立案
■グループ経営力の強化
・国内外関係会社の経営課題の抽出と解決策の提案、実行支援
