・株主総会や取締役会等の運営および議案に関する法的検討等（議案および議事録の法的確認を含む）、その他コーポレートガバナンスおよび各種承認に関連する管理
・規程およびマニュアルの制定または改廃に関する法的検討
・投資家対応や各種IR関連開示文書の法的検討および支援
・グループガバナンスに関する施策の検討およびサポート など
