同社の海外事業ガバナンス推進部にて全社の事業推進およびグローバルでのガバナンス体制の構築を担います。
・事業部と協業でM A 戦略や構造改革案件を実行
・イノベーション推進部による新事業推進をサポート（2026 年のみを想定）
・全社事業（JV 事業含）のガバナンス管理、関係会社の経営管理体制の安定化の推進
・AD課税低減、調査対応
※数年後海外子会社に管理部門の責任者として駐在する可能性がございます。
