【業務内容】
労働問題に関する相談
（例：個別労働相談、ハラスメント対応、労働問題への対応、顧問弁護士との連携、労働訴訟対応等）
チーム固有のプロジェクトだけでなく、チーム間、部門間、会社全体のプロジェクトへの参加（プロジェクト管理を含む）
（例：他部署のプロジェクトやガイドラインの見直しなど現場からの問い合わせ対応、会社としての労務リスクの評価とフィードバックなど）
