【業務内容】海外企画部
・現法運営サポート全般（株主総会、決算確定、配当方針、資本政策、業法、政策投資、現法オフィス賃貸・移転、システム導入支援、ESG/SDGｓ対応方針の海外拠点への展開・浸透等）
・現法内部管理態勢モニタリング（内部管理モニタリング・臨店指導、監査指導事項モニタリング、事務事故報告対応・再発防止モニタリング、拠点危機管理対応、海外派遣社員安全対策、オフサイト事務管理サポート）
・現法信用供与枠設定・管理、現法資金繰り、調達計画モニタリング、現法協議・報告基準検討・文書化、海外向け通達・マニュアル・ガイドライン作成
・海外連携案件支援（国内部署との案件連携、JCMエコリース等の案件発掘・申請サポート・モニタリング、建機メーカーとの連携等）
・海外現地法人のNo.2ポジション（営業もしくは内部管理）
