■業務内容
・研究開発（R D）やその成果の具体的製品への実装、および新しいモビリティサービスの構築に関する法的サポートを提供すること
・英語および日本語での契約レビュー、ドラフト作成を行い、単独またはチームで契約交渉を進めること
・英語と日本語の間でのさまざまな法的文書の翻訳を管理・レビューすること
・内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ビジネスプロジェクトの成功またはリスク低減のために法的サポートをすること
・労務、その他の個別紛争の解決にむけて、法的側面からサポートすること

Required Skills
必須条件
・2年以上の法律業務の経験
・1.5年以上の契約レビューおよびドラフトの経験
・流暢またはネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語能力（TOEICスコア860以上）
歓迎条件
・法学士（またはそれ以上）の学位
・1年以上の日本以外での勤務または研修経験
・訴訟または紛争の処理経験（海外での経験があれば尚良い）
・他社との協業案件に関するアドバイスや実務経験
