本ポジションを募集しているチームでは、生産管理、調達、在庫、倉庫、物流まで一連のサプライチェーン業務を担当しています。

【主な業務内容】
・生産計画、在庫、調達、倉庫、配送プロセスの管理
・主要指標を用いたサプライチェーン全体の運営改善
・業務システムを活用した効率的な運用の推進
・社内外との連携による需給調整への貢献
・サプライヤーの評価、協働、管理
・品質基準に基づく倉庫環境の維持と改善

・製薬業界でのサプライチェーン経験 5 年以上
・直接購買での調達の経験
【求める人物像】
・部門横断の中規模プロジェクトリーダー経験
・品質基準を理解し文書作成および改善ができる方
・多様な関係者と協力できるコミュニケーションスキル
