【Position Summary】
・品質問題解決の主導と調整。
・製品開発プロジェクトのAPQPタスクの実施
・変更管理タスクの実施
・顧客、当社、およびISO/IATFマネジメントシステム要件の維持
【Main Accountabilities】
・8Dステップによる顧客からの品質苦情への対応。
・日本式カイゼンとものづくりの手法、そして当社社内要件を熟知し、顧客と当社拠点間の技術的な窓口/インターフェース機能を果たすことで、コミュニケーション上の問題発生を未然に防ぐ。
・FMEA、コントロールプラン、MSAなどの品質コアツールのユーザー（スーパーバイザーレベル）。
・製品開発プロジェクトおよび変更管理におけるAPQPタスクのオーナー。
・顧客の品質管理システム担当者。
・品質管理システム監査員、サプライヤー監査員。
・品質分野における顧客満足度のオーナー。
